We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is an innovative product company working at the forefront of AI and language modeling. They are building powerful content systems based on LLMs and Stable Diffusion, combining creativity with structured data and automation. The company is now looking to expand its team with a talented AI Prompt Engineer who can elevate their content generation pipelines, automate workflows, and build next-gen AI prompt systems.

We are looking for a Middle-level AI Prompt Engineer (Remote) who will be responsible for designing advanced LLM prompts, optimizing prompt workflows, and improving AI-driven text and image generation pipelines. This is a technical and creative role that requires strong writing skills, Python scripting knowledge, and experience with RAG techniques and multi-agent setups.

Responsibilities:

Prompt Engineering & AI Workflows
• Design and refine prompts to produce accurate, creative, and context-aware outputs from LLMs
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, templates, and reusable frameworks
• Develop multi-agent workflows to coordinate various LLMs on creative tasks and pipelines
• Create pipelines that convert unstructured data into usable structured prompts for LLMs and image generators (e.g., Stable Diffusion)

RAG & Data Integration
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques using internal data, APIs, and external sources
• Collaborate with tech and data teams to improve the performance of large-scale content pipelines

Python Automation & Tools
• Use Python for prompt scripting, automation, and multi-agent management
• Create Jinja-based prompt templates for dynamic generation
• Maintain internal tools and utilities for improving efficiency and AI output quality

Quality Assurance & Iteration
• Test prompt outputs for alignment with tone, accuracy, and creativity
• Analyze engagement data (e.g., session duration, median messages, repeat usage) to optimize content strategies
• Stay updated on LLM innovations, research, and emerging AI trends

Requirements:

• Expertise in Prompt Engineering for LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Experience with multi-agent LLM orchestration or agent-based AI systems
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation
• Exceptional writing, copyediting, and storytelling skills with a compelling portfolio
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows
• Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize outputs based on performance metrics
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities in cross-functional teams
