We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is seeking an experienced AI/ML Lead to take charge of the engineering team, drive the development of new AI solutions, and oversee the optimization of current systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of AI/ML engineers, providing strategic and technical guidance
• Track emerging technologies and innovations in AI/ML
• Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions, prototypes, and AI service architectures
• Continuously improve existing AI systems for better efficiency and accuracy
• Design and optimize LLM interaction architectures
• Enhance chatbot performance and boost image/video generation quality

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning
• Experience working with Agents, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and multimodal LLMs
• Strong Python skills and experience building ML pipelines and integrating models into production
• Practical experience developing services using RAG and vector databases
• Proven experience with Stable Diffusion for image/video generation
• Experience deploying AI services in Kubernetes environments
• Understanding of GPU-based inference and performance optimization
