We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is a global AI-driven product company developing an intelligent AI Agent platform. Their mission is to reshape enterprise and creative workflows through Generative AI, LLMs, and scalable data pipelines. The team is remote-first, international, and focused on high-performance innovation in automation and intelligent systems.

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. This role involves designing intelligent systems that interact with LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock), building scalable tools in Python, and optimizing internal AI workflows. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-savvy, and passionate about applying AI in real-world product scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement LLM-powered pipelines using tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Amazon Bedrock
• Develop, test, and optimize prompts for text generation, RAG workflows, and fine-tuned models
• Build scalable services integrating LLMs into production systems and internal tooling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
• Write clean Python code and work with APIs, AI platforms, and cloud environments
• Handle data queries and transformation using SQL on large-scale datasets
• Share best practices around AI usage and foster innovation across departments

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI Engineering
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering
• Strong understanding of RAG pipelines and model fine-tuning
• Experience using OpenAI, Anthropic, or Amazon Bedrock
• Proficiency in Python and clean, maintainable code architecture
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with large data infrastructures
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in distributed teams
