Responsibilities:

Build, manage, and scale an affiliate team (managers, sub‑managers, webmasters)
Drive traffic growth and volumes across target GEOs
Achieve KPIs: FTD, Deposits, Profit
Work with CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare models
Monitor traffic quality and implement anti‑fraud measures
Recruit, develop, and motivate the team
Collaborate directly with the CMO and Head of Affiliate

Requirements:

Proven experience in the iGaming industry
Practical experience managing projects in Southeast Asian markets
Own team or established affiliate network
Deep understanding of traffic economics with a data‑driven approach
Ability to scale affiliate programs, not just maintain current volumes
