We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is seeking an Affiliate Manager to manage affiliate partnerships, optimize traffic performance, and ensure KPI achievement. This role requires experience in affiliate marketing, traffic models, and international campaign management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for partner acquisition, strategic planning, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new affiliate partners and develop strong long-term relationships.
• Achieve KPI targets, including FTD quantity and quality metrics.
• Participate in the development and execution of the affiliate acquisition strategy.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Knowledge of traffic models, such as CPI, RevShare, and performance-based marketing.
• Proven success in managing campaigns across different geographies (geo specialization may vary).
• Strong understanding of key performance indicators (FTD count and value).
