Affiliate Manager (Senior) — CPA Network

We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager in the Gambling / iGaming niche with proven experience working on the CPA network side and a strong, active, and loyal base of webmasters.

This is a performance-driven role where the main income is generated through bonuses and performance-based commissions rather than a fixed salary.

Responsibilities:

Manage a personal base of webmasters and partners: onboarding, development, and retention.
Transfer and scale an active affiliate base within the CPA network.
Full partner lifecycle management: communication, launch support, and volume growth.
Negotiate cooperation terms (rates, caps, bonuses, custom conditions).
Analyze traffic performance and key metrics (CR, EPC, ROI, approval rate, etc.).
Optimize affiliate setups in collaboration with internal teams.
Build long-term partner relationships and drive overall revenue growth.

Requirements:

Senior-level candidates only.
1–1.5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within CPA networks.
Mandatory experience as an Affiliate Manager specifically on the CPA network side.
Experience only on the advertiser or product side is not suitable.
Own active and loyal webmaster base.
Willingness to transfer and further develop the affiliate base.
