Our client is a newly launched crypto and fiat casino brand backed by a parent company with 26 years of experience in the gambling industry, including land-based and online operations across Europe, the Middle East, and the Balkans. The group holds exclusive gambling licenses, including the only active license in Dubai, and is a market leader in its home country.

The brand is in an active startup phase, operating with fully remote teams based in Cyprus, Malta, Romania (with 1,200+ tech specialists), and Dubai. With an experienced executive team (CEO, CFO, CMO) already in place and strong infrastructure support, the company is positioning itself to scale rapidly in Tier-1 markets.

Responsibilities:

Build and manage affiliate partnerships in Tier-1 markets: Nordics, Canada, UK, and other English-speaking regions.
Launch the affiliate program from scratch for a premium online casino.
Drive and optimize performance-based traffic across multiple verticals (CPA, CPL, Hybrid).
Define and execute go-to-market strategies with the executive team.
Analyze and report affiliate performance data, trends, and KPIs.
Identify, onboard, and scale high-value affiliate partners.
Negotiate deals and maintain long-term affiliate relationships.

Requirements:

3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, preferably in iGaming / Gambling / Casino verticals.
Proven track record in managing affiliate programs in Tier-1 GEOs.
Established network of active affiliate partners and media buyers.
Experience with platforms like Everflow, NetRefer, Income Access, or similar.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics: CPA, FTD, ROI, CR, LTV.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent English (business proficiency minimum B2+).
Self-starter with a proactive, KPI-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience launching affiliate programs from scratch.
Familiarity with crypto gambling or hybrid models (fiat + crypto).
Background in managing affiliate risk and compliance.
Knowledge of multiple affiliate ecosystems or language fluency beyond English.
