Affiliate Manager (Mobile Marketing Agency)

We are a recruitment agency partnering with a fast-growing mobile marketing company that specializes in performance marketing for mobile apps across international markets.

The company works with CPI/CPA models, in-app traffic sources, affiliate networks, DSPs, and direct advertisers to help clients scale user acquisition campaigns globally.

Due to team growth and expansion of the affiliate direction, they are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join their international team.

Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and develop new traffic sources and affiliate partners (in-app networks, DSPs, affiliates);
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners;
Negotiate commercial terms and partnership conditions;
Support partners during onboarding, integration, and campaign launches;
Monitor traffic quality and campaign performance;
Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports;
Collaborate closely with internal media buying and account management teams;
Help optimize and scale affiliate campaigns across international markets.

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing, mobile marketing, or performance marketing;
Understanding of CPI/CPA business models and mobile traffic ecosystem;
Experience with tracking and attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, AppMetrica, etc.;
Strong analytical skills and confident use of Excel / Google Sheets;
English level: Intermediate or higher (written and spoken);
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

Existing network of affiliate partners or traffic sources;
Experience with Impact, Singular, Kochava;
Previous experience in a mobile marketing agency or affiliate network;
Understanding of traffic quality monitoring and fraud prevention.
