We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is an established international company in the iGaming and betting industry. With a strong affiliate network and presence in CIS markets, they are now looking to expand further and strengthen partnerships in the .com segment, including Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Mongolia. To support this growth, we are hiring an experienced Affiliate Manager iGaming Remote to take full ownership of affiliate relationship development and performance strategy.

The company is seeking a proactive and strategic Affiliate Manager iGaming Remote to manage affiliate partnerships across CIS and Mongolia. You will be responsible for acquisition, retention, and reactivation of affiliates, as well as growing traffic volumes, optimizing offer structures, and contributing to overall market expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates while actively recruiting new partners
• Lead negotiations and communication, including calls, messaging, and in-person meetings or conferences
• Create and present weekly and monthly reports on affiliate performance and partner activity
• Develop and implement custom strategies to increase affiliate traffic and improve conversion metrics
• Act as a liaison between the affiliate network and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment

Requirements:

• 1.5–2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming or betting verticals
• Practical knowledge of Revenue Share, CPA, Hybrid, and PPC models
• Deep understanding of CIS .com markets (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan)
• Experience working with Mongolia as a bonus (not required to be the main focus)
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills
• English or Russian proficiency (B2+) for communication with partners and reporting
