Affiliate Account Manager – Remote (Full-Time)

We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client — a fast-growing international company — is looking to hire a Remote Affiliate Account Manager to drive performance across its affiliate marketing program. This newly created position is ideal for someone with a strong blend of account management, partner acquisition, and performance analysis skills.

Responsibilities:

🔹 Account Management:

  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with existing affiliate partners

  • Provide regular performance updates and support

  • Optimize campaigns to ensure long-term partner success and profitability

🔹 Affiliate Acquisition (Hunting):

  • Identify, contact, and onboard new affiliate partners

  • Conduct market research, outreach, and active networking to expand the affiliate network

🔹 Campaign & Performance Management:

  • Design, launch, and monitor affiliate campaigns in line with company goals

  • Analyze campaign metrics, provide actionable insights, and improve ROI

🔹 Negotiation & Partnership Development:

  • Negotiate commission structures and agreements with new and existing partners

  • Ensure fair and profitable terms for both parties

🔹 Strategic Alignment & Collaboration:

  • Work with marketing and tech teams to ensure affiliate strategies are aligned with broader business objectives

  • Stay informed about trends in digital and affiliate marketing

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a similar performance-driven role

  • Proven account management skills with a customer-first approach

  • Strong hunter mindset — able to proactively identify and onboard new affiliates

  • Solid experience with affiliate tracking platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented

  • Team player with the ability to work independently

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs and metrics

  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Affiliate marketing experience across high-competition verticals (e.g., finance, crypto, gaming, e-commerce)

  • Previous work with global affiliate platforms or CPA networks

  • Multilingual abilities
