About the project is building its financial and corporate infrastructure in Hong Kong to support the regulated payment business. The company is at an early stage and is setting up core accounting and corporate functions.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounting and tax reporting in Hong Kong
Prepare and submit financial and tax reports (all reporting is in Chinese)
Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and regulators
Prepare documentation and support audits
Control financial processes, timelines, and reporting accuracy
Handle Company Secretary duties:
- Board resolutions
- Statutory filings
- Maintenance of corporate registers
Build and structure financial processes suitable for a fintech startup
Cooperate with external accounting, audit, and company secretary service providers
Participate in building the finance / treasury function and later team scaling

Requirements:

3+ years in Accounting / Audit / Company Secretary roles
Experience with Hong Kong accounting, tax, and audit
Chinese language — mandatory (all accounting and reporting is in Chinese)
FinTech / payments business experience is a strong advantage
Startup or fast-moving environment experience
Ability to build processes from scratch
High attention to detail and ownership mindset
