Account Manager (Mobile Marketing Agency)

Responsibilities:

Client Management

  • Manage and develop relationships with agency clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for ongoing communication
  • Build long-term partnerships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and business discussions
  • Support clients with strategic recommendations and campaign scaling opportunities

Performance & Campaign Management

  • Monitor campaign performance and traffic quality
  • Analyze KPIs and provide insights on campaign effectiveness
  • Work with CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS, and RevShare models
  • Coordinate campaign launches and ongoing optimizations
  • Prepare reports and performance updates for clients

Business Development

  • Identify upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Contribute to increasing client retention and account revenue
  • Participate in commercial discussions and partnership negotiations

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including:
    • Media Buying
    • Affiliate
    • Finance
    • Legal
  • Ensure smooth communication and execution across departments

Financial Coordination

  • Monitor client payments and account balances
  • Support invoicing and financial reconciliation processes

Requirements:

Must-have Experience

  • 1.5+ years of experience in a mobile marketing or performance marketing agency
  • Experience managing B2B clients/accounts
  • Understanding of in-app and affiliate traffic ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience with mobile attribution/tracking platforms:
    • AppsFlyer
    • Adjust
    • AppMetrica

Professional Skills

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics:
    • CPI
    • CPA
    • LTV
    • RevShare
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with campaign data
  • Experience with reporting and campaign analysis
  • Good understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • High level of ownership and responsibility

Language

  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
    (written and spoken communication)
