Account Manager – iGaming (Remote or Cyprus | EU GEO Focus)

We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client — a global iGaming company headquartered in Cyprus with offices across multiple regions — is looking for a skilled Account Manager with proven experience in managing partners across European GEOs.

This is a performance-driven role with a strong bonus component and the opportunity to grow within a mature and international team.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow an existing portfolio of affiliate and partner accounts
Re-activate dormant partners and build long-term win-win relationships
Analyze partner activity and performance data to optimize KPIs
Develop and execute action plans to increase FTDs and retention
Serve as the main point of contact for partners in your GEO
Ensure full understanding of CPA, RevShare, and hybrid payment models
Provide ongoing support and performance feedback to drive growth

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in account management within the iGaming industry
Strong understanding of European markets and player behavior
Proven ability to re-engage partners and improve channel performance
Knowledge of key iGaming KPIs: FTDs, activation rate, retention
Hands-on experience with CPA, referral, and flat fee models
Strong organizational and communication skills
English proficiency is required (Russian is a plus)
