We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is a dynamic and data-driven organization focused on building long-term and efficient collaborations with affiliates and partners. They help partners grow their KPIs through analytics, strategic support, and technical escalation when needed.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to develop and manage affiliate relationships, drive performance improvements, and support strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities and a deep understanding of digital traffic and affiliate mechanics.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate growth opportunities and support partners in improving KPIs
• Independently analyze partner performance and identify qualification levels
• Escalate technical issues to the dev team with full data context
• Monitor and manage active offers, ensuring maximum performance
• Develop initiatives to boost collaboration efficiency
• Design and implement growth plans based on partner metrics
• Prepare performance reports and present insights to management
• Deliver data analytics to support internal decision-making
• Conduct regular business reviews with affiliate partners

Requirements:

• Experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management
• Strong analytical skills with decision-making based on data
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
• Understanding of traffic types, funnels, and optimization mechanics
• Strong negotiation, time management, and self-organization
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and program structures
• Proactive mindset with high personal responsibility
• English level: Intermediate or higher (not specified in JD, but implied)
