Company is an international fintech company and a developer of a B2B SaaS platform for global payroll and contractor payments.

We help companies overcome бюрократические barriers, sanctions, and payment challenges when working with distributed teams across multiple countries (Russia, Belarus, France, Japan, Thailand, etc.).

The platform allows businesses to fund balances and employees/contractors to withdraw funds to their cards with currency conversion and no fees.

A key feature is providing compliant documentation aligned with international standards — useful for visas, tax reporting, and audits.

Responsibilities:

— Independently source and attract clients via networking, conferences, private events, and personal connections
— Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding
— Develop partnerships in B2B fintech / global payroll, focusing on international companies with distributed teams
— Achieve quarterly revenue KPIs (based on transaction commissions)
— Participate in industry events and build lead generation strategies in Cyprus / EU
— During probation: product onboarding, first deals, execution of your own sales strategy

Requirements:

— 3–5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in white industries (fintech, B2B SaaS, payments)
— Strong network in Cyprus or EU, access to relevant communities
— Russian — native; English — B2+ (fluent preferred)
— Stable career path (no frequent job-hopping or freelance background)
— Legal status in Cyprus (residence preferred; work permit can be discussed for top candidates)
— Active, open, result-driven mindset
— Willingness to attend conferences and industry events

Benefits:

Salary: €4,000 net (fixed) + bonuses
Location: Cyprus (Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaca or other cities)
