2D Animator
Our client looking for a talented and motivated 2D Animator — someone who can bring characters, objects, and environments to life, has a strong sense of motion and rhythm, pays attention to detail, and wants to grow in the gaming industry. Our projects are diverse, so the ability to adapt to different styles and tasks is essential.
Responsibilities:
Create animations for game characters, objects, and UI elements.
Work with skeletal animation (Spine / Duik / Unity Animation).
Prepare assets for animation and rig 2D characters.
Animate FX elements (simple effects, object movements, environment animations).
Create animated materials for App Store / Google Play.
Collaborate with artists and game designers to achieve visual consistency.
Participate in the full cycle of visual content production.
Requirements:
Experience with Spine or similar tools (Duik, Unity Animation, After Effects).
Understanding of animation principles: timing, squash/stretch, arcs, weight, and motion distribution.
Basic 2D drawing skills (for correct rigging and working with shapes).
Ability to work in various styles: from cartoonish to more realistic.
Experience rigging characters and objects.
Accuracy when working with timelines, layers, and project structures.
English level B1/B2+.
Experience in game development is a strong plus.

Employment under the Georgian labor contract
Payments once a month in GEL according to the National Bank of Georgia exchange rate
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00, with a 1-hour lunch break
